At Bontasi Boutique, we take pride in our shipping policy. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, and expedited shipping options are available for those who need their items sooner. Our team ensures that your orders are processed promptly and shipped with care to reach you in the shortest time possible. We believe in transparent and fair shipping costs, so you won't encounter any hidden fees during checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

  • Please note that the standard shipping option does not guarantee same-day processing and shipping.

  • FREE Standard Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

International Shipping (Europe, United States, and Australia)

  • Shipping Time: 3-8 Business Days

  • Cost: £15 (subject to variation based on location)
    We currently offer international shipping to Europe, the United States, and Australia. Please enter your address during checkout, and duties and taxes will automatically be calculated.

International Returns/Exchanges

All international orders are final sale, with the exception of damaged products.
If you receive a damaged product, please send images and email us at bontasiboutique@gmail.com with the subject line: International Order.

Return &
Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and that's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Additionally, we offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colors to ensure that you find the perfect fit. Our goal is to make the return and exchange process as simple as possible, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we've got you covered.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, we’ve made returns easy and straightforward.

  • Return Fee: A £5 fee applies to all returns.

  • Dresses must be returned in its original packaging and state

  • Refund Timeframe:

    • Within 14 days of the delivery date: We will refund your original payment method.

    • Between 15 and 30 days of the delivery date: You will be issued store credit for the amount.

    • Over 30 days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
